Featured Farmer: Mark Paterson, Honey of Distinction
Mark is the multi-talented "bee whisperer" who provides honey to Little Bee Pops. He's an urban beekeeper through and through, maintaining hives throughout the South Bay, including on his 2.5 acre plot in Campbell, where he also raises 2 pigs (aptly named "Thanksgiving" and "Christmas") and a gaggle of chickens. As the Apiary Manager at Full Circle Farm, Mark teaches beekeeping and bee science classes to both kids and adults, and maintains the hives there. You can get a taste of his amazing honey brand - Honey Of Distinction - at the Full Circle Farmstand (click above for hours!). He's also the VP of Santa Clara County’s beekeepers’ guild, and brews mead for the Rabbit's Food Meadery.
